Originally from the North Suburbs of Chicago, Mr. Fleischer has been in South Florida since 1993. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance, and J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. It was during law school when he determined that he wanted his area of law to help people, and that is why he focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration. To differentiate himself from other attorneys, in 2006 Mr. Fleischer obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation or CFP® to better understand his client’s complex issues.

Mr. Fleischer resides in Weston with his wife of over 21 years, Rachel Roth Fleischer, and their three children, Isaac, Naomi, and Levi. He is a member of The Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, the Florida Bar's Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, and has sat on the Board of Directors of the Circle of Friends of the Alvin Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University.

Prior to joining TrustWorks, Mr. Fleischer had his own firm in Plantation and Boca Raton, where he helped his clients navigate through the Probate and Trust Administration process, and ensured his client’s assets were best protected and their affairs in order.  He has over 24 years of experience in Probate & Trust Administration, and Estate Planning, and wakes up every day eager to go to work and serve his clients.  TrustWorks affords him the ability and opportunity to continue with his passion.

Mr. Fleischer enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his children dance, play soccer, watch high school basketball games, or anything sports related.
